At Deno’s Fried Pies we have been perfecting our crust and filling recipes for more than twenty years. After many years in the retail business, we were met with a new demand. Foodservice operators from all around began requesting a product they could sell in their restaurants. Open to exploring new ideas, we developed an uncooked, frozen version of our retail fried pie and began selling it to restaurant owners. The new product was an instant success. Our customers loved the idea of having a tasty dessert item on the menu that required no labor to produce and wasted nothing!
